Yoga and Creativity Workshop
The workshop that started it all! Utilizing mindful movement and meditation, this workshop gives the creative skills to break through any barrier to their art. Originally designed with writers in mind, this workshop can be applied to all creative work.
Writer’s Workshop
For those looking to deepen their yoga, meditation, and creative practice, Anna offers individualized sessions built around your needs. For more information, please reach out. Due to the personalized nature of these sessions and the work that goes into creating them, a minimum of 3 sessions is required.
Private Sessions
Once a month, Yoga and Creativity offers a free writer’s workshop open to all. This is a way to bring the ideas from the Yoga and Creativity workshop to the masses and offers a safe space to create. Each sessions runs about 2 hours long and is facilitated via Zoom, so regardless of physical location, anyone can join. Workshop dates are subject to change, but are typically offered on the first Saturday of the month. You can sign up for our Substack to stay up to date with all workshops.
